Palm Desktop into Outlook

http://www.nytimes.com/2014/03/13/technology/personaltech/transferring-old-palm-desktop-data.html?emc=edit_ct_20140313&nl=technology&nlid=32972288&_r=0

Microsoft itself has a guide at support.microsoft.com/kb/810930; the document describes how to export Palm contacts into a comma separated values (.csv) file, modify the fields in Excel and then import the file into Outlook.

Moving calendar events can be a little trickier because of the .dba format Palm Desktop uses for the data. If you do not have any qualms about using a third-party website for your personal information, the Palm2CSV.com site should be able to convert your datebook into an Outlook-ready .csv file free. Commercial programs like InfoMigrator for Outlook or LivePIM’s DesktopMirror software for Windows are other possibilities if you would prefer to move all the addresses and events from Palm Desktop to Outlook at once.
