Cinnamon Toasties - Gluten Free Recipe

Cinnamon Toasties (Cinnamon Loaf Cake)

1 cup garbanzo fava bean flour
1/2 cup potato starch
1/2 cup arrowroot
1 cup unrefined sugar
2 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cinnamon

mix in wet
1/2 cup canola oil
1/3 cup applesauce
1 cup HOT water

1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/3 cup batter

Fill loaf pan with batter and run line of filling down middle

325 degrees
Transfer to oven and bake about 20 minutes. Brush top of loaf with oil and continue baking until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Let cool completely on a wire rack before unmolding.
